Saudia Cargo Customer Service’s objective is to provide our domestic and international customers with the required information, services and innovative solutions for their outgoing, transit and arrival shipments.
The centre handles all customer complaints and enquiries related to delayed or missing shipments and provides proactive problem solving services. It will take corrective action to trace and assure forwarding of delayed shipments in domestic and international stations. Moreover, the center will provide contact details for domestic and international GHAs and GSAs upon request.
Ramadan Working Hours
10 AM till 2 AM (+3 GMT), Saudi local time, 7 days a week.
